Packing Ways In Motorcycle Industry

CKD PACKING AND SKD PACKING!

There are two majoy packing ways for motorcycle packings!

CKD( Complete Know Down) means all parts except engine(or frame) for one motorcycle are separated into one box, you need to assemble all parts after receiving motorcycles, it saves more space in container loading, normally 40HQ can take around 200pcs in CKD packing!

SKD (Semi Know Down) means several parts are separated ( front wheel, bar etc.) you just need to assemble few parts after getting motorcycles, it is easier for assembling but takes more space in container loading, normally 40HQ can take around 105pcs in SKD packing.
